Our refund and cancellation policy outlines when riders and senders are eligible for free cancellations, applicable fees, and refund timelines. Refunds are processed securely within 7–10 business days.
1. Ride Cancellations
• Free cancellation within 2 minutes of booking.
• Post 2 minutes: cancellation fee applies.
• If driver cancels, no fee is charged to the rider.
2. Delivery Cancellations
• Cancel before pickup: refundable after deducting platform fee.
• Cancel after pickup: no refund (service deemed initiated).
3. Refunds
• Refunds processed to the original payment method.
• Timeline: 7–10 business days depending on the bank/wallet.
• Coupons/credits are non-refundable.
4. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered if:
• Driver no-show without notice.
• Service not rendered due to technical issues.
• Wrong charge due to system error.
