Welcome to HeyBaxi. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms.
1. Definitions
• 'Platform' refers to the HeyBaxi app/website.
• 'User' means anyone using the platform for rides or deliveries.
• 'Driver/Delivery Partner' refers to verified partners registered with HeyBaxi.
2. User Eligibility
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Drivers must hold a valid license, vehicle insurance, and permits.
3. Booking and Usage
• Bookings are confirmed only after driver acceptance.
• Users must be ready at pickup points within 5 minutes.
• Delivery partners will only handle items declared by the sender.
4. Payments and Charges
• Fares calculated based on distance, time, surge, and service type.
• Cancellation charges apply as per Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Additional tolls, parking, or state taxes are borne by the user.
5. User Obligations
• Provide accurate pickup/drop addresses.
• Not carry illegal, dangerous, or restricted goods.
• Treat drivers and customer support staff with respect.
6. HeyBaxi Responsibilities
• Ensure app functionality and availability.
• Verify drivers’ identity and compliance.
• Provide 24x7 in-app support.
7. Limitations of Liability
HeyBaxi shall not be liable for delays due to traffic, natural calamities, or third-party actions; loss, theft, or damage of items not properly packaged; or accidents/incidents beyond reasonable control.
8. Termination of Service
We may suspend accounts found violating policies, misusing services, or conducting fraudulent activity.
